While it's hard to create a "one size fits all" approach to what we do, our overall strategy is to create awareness, interest, desire, and ultimately action.

Awareness

We first build awareness by utilizing unique targeting methods to bring your message to life. It's a hybrid approach that ties together your website (which we'll help you build if you don't already have one), social media tools, search engine optimization, email marketing, and even more "grassroots" efforts if needed. This is obviously a critical component to the funnel above, and it's the first point of contact between you and your potential followers (customers). There's a lot of "noise" out there in the online world, but we take a very focused approach to make sure that your offering is matched with the right people.

Interest

The next step is generating interest, and this should come naturally if we're using the proper targeting (when building awareness). We'll work with you to create a compelling message for what you're offering. Our goal is not to convince people to buy your product or service. Rather, we focus on delivering the right message to the right people at the right time, showing the true value of what is being offered. This is where the creativity really comes into play, because we really need to get inside the heads of the people we are targeting and deliver a message that is uniquely compelling to them.

Psychographics

Desire

Once we've captured their interest, we will instill a desire by providing more detailed information about the offering, driving traffic to your sites, and "flipping the switch" so that your followers are so intrigued by your message that they simply cannot deny it. Again, this should not be difficult if we are targeting your audience appropriately, and our entire model is based on this targeting. During this part of the process, the cost of your product or service will become a factor, so this needs to be presented in the proper context. The focus here should not be on what has to be given up, but rather what will be gained.

Action

Arguably the most important step in the process, next we will prompt action. By this point, your followers have come to you, they are clearly interested and have desire in what you are offering, and they just need to "press the button". Sometimes this is as simple as having them reach out to you directly. Other times, their mind has already been made up and they will directly purchase your products or services. Either way, action is necessary in order to facilitate the exchange here, and if the targeting we've used was done in the right way, this should also happen naturally.
